Robert Osička, Born 1977 in a winemaking family. Chasseur. Devoted to local traditions and Sex Pistols.

Where

Velké Bílovice. The Czech Republic. 2 hectares of vineyards.

Why

In a world full of PET NAT, left-field flavours and yeastie boys, the real punk is to return to the classics: patient secondary fermentation in the bottle.

What

Simply bubbles. Only bubbles. Focus.

How

Grapes are grown in harmony with nature (organic-certified and w/o). Traditional varieties. Spontaneous fermentation. Stainless steel and wood. No fining, no filtration. Only a bit of SO2, when necessary. Classical secondary fermentation in bottle. Maturation on lees and disgorgement.
