Grapes are grown in harmony with nature (organic-certified and w/o). Traditional varieties. Spontaneous fermentation. Stainless steel and wood. No fining, no filtration. Only a bit of SO2, when necessary. Classical secondary fermentation in bottle. Maturation on lees and disgorgement.
